Context
The Constanta Casino is a historic monument of exceptional national value, built between 1904 and 1910, with additions until 1912. Located on the city seafront, the building concentrates both major symbolic value and a structural complexity specific to the beginning of the twentieth century.
Intervention
The project aimed at structural safety, removal of inadequate interventions, and the coherent reconstruction of severely degraded areas. The solutions included local strengthening works and controlled slab reconstructions, permanently coordinated with the architecture and with restoration requirements.
ARMIST role
ARMIST worked as a subcontractor for the structural designer of record, contributing to the technical solutions and to technical assistance during the site works.
